Poruszam ten temat  z myślą o kobietach , które kupują w sieciówkach ubrania i różne akcesoria oraz dla tych , którzy chcą otworzyć fajny sklep modowy. 

Most of the brands chain stores choosing someone for a reseller or " advisor " do not pay attention to whether a person familiar with the fashion , a good approach to the client and advise the client in a way that is felt well and come back to us .

Większość znanych marek sieciówki wybierając kogoś na sprzedawcę lub „doradcę” nie zwracają uwagę na to : czy dana osoba zna się na modzie, dobre podejście do klienta oraz doradzanie klientowi w taki sposób by ten poczuł się dobrze i do nas wrócił.

Many times I go the malls and I see those ladies who grace something advise . Aware of my clients (some ) do not have a culture of personal and sometimes the lady treated as someone with a second category of clothes and accessories like rags on the floor ( this will write later )

Wielokrotnie chodzę po centrach handlowych i widzę te panie, które z łaską coś doradzą. Zdaje sobie sprawę ze my klienci ( niektórzy ) nie maja kultury osobistej i czasem taka panią traktujemy jak kogoś z drugiej kategorii o ubrania i akcesoria jak szmaty na podłodze ( o tym napisze później)  

Returning to the assistants , Polish model Network shops is a young , shapely ( looking like a model ) painted a girl who is not a clue about his work . These girls first are not very well trained and secondly do not know is the fashion which style is valid , the type of figures for the client and advise on the choice of buying clothes or accessories .

It calls also for the people who open your shop on the fashion " level " ( clothes and accessories) your calling card is not the range or interior design store but staff

 !Wracając do ekspedientki, polski model w sieciówkach to młoda, zgrabna ( wyglądająca jak modelka) wymalowana  dziewczyna która niema zielonego pojęcia o swojej pracy. Te dziewczyny po pierwsze są niezbyt dobrze wyszkolone a po drugie nie znają się ma modzie, jaki styl obowiązuje, rodzaju figur dla klientki i doradztwo w kwestii wyboru kupna ubrania czy asesorii .  

Apeluje też do osób którzy otwierają swój sklep modowy na „poziomie” ( z ubraniami lub akcesoriami) waszą wizytówką jest nie sam asortyment czy wystrój wnętrz sklepu lecz personel! 

 

" Can I help you? " , This sentence I think everyone can hear , but I am a person who prefers to shop itself to learn and explore it and such a sentence rather than encourage me Greater Weever . I understand that these ladies have to say that due to certain kind of politics in the store.

 „Czy mogę pani pomóc?”, to zdanie chyba każdy słyszy , lecz ja jestem osoba , która woli sama poznawać sklep i go zbadać i raczej takie zdanie mnie ostrosza niż wspiera. Rozumiem , ze te panie musza tak mówić względu na pewny rodzaj polityki w sklepie. 

The best way to first contact the seller - the customer simply smile of assistants . Just let the customer know the store and if you want to help him best for him is if it is someone close to the store and he may at any time to help.

Najlepszy sposób na pierwszy kontakt sprzedawca – klient  wystarczy po prostu  uśmiech od ekspedientki.  Po prostu pozwól klientowi poznać sklep a jeśli chcesz mu pomóc najlepiej dla niego jest  jeśli w jego pobliżu jest ktoś z sklepu i może mu w każdej chwili pomóc.
